Think about the impact your actions have on others (the team or the customer), stay honest and keep others around you honest. Be trustworthy and deliver on promises.
If a mistake is made, own it!! No one wants to hear excuses. Be empathetic and offer solutions. Don’t try and hide a mistake. Own it and fit it. Mistakes happen but being accountable is 100 times better than trying to hide it resulting which could result in damaging our brand. Set the standard, lead by example and when something goes wrong, fit it.
Grow as a team. Team work is powerful. It makes us all stronger. Be there for each other, together we can achieve great things.
